Murray Rothbard argues that getting rid of money would make everything fall apart. Without money, no one knows what anything’s worth, and the whole economy just becomes guesswork. The only way to run a society like that is for the government to control everything (who gets what, who works where, all of it.) That’s a straight path to losing your freedom / tyranny. Money actually helps people stay free because it lets us trade without anyone bossing us around. The whole “moneyless communist paradise” idea is total fantasy and would end up doing way more harm than good.
