In Islamic jurisprudence, property rights are sacred, and infringing upon them is considered a big injustice. The Israeli State does not respect the property rights of the Palestinian people. It bulldozes homes and land ownership does not operate as a free market. The Israeli Land Authority controls 93% of the country’s land (staying true to Israels socialist/communist beginnings), allocating land exclusively to Jewish people while denying non-Jewish individuals the right to purchase it. Given this reality, should Muslims respect the property rights of Israeli drone / weapons manufacturers?
