Saifedean Ammous grew up in Ramallah, Palestine. As a child, he threw rocks at Israeli soldiers, witnessed friends get injured, had cousins die, and saw land and property being stolen. He outlines what he thinks might be the solution but is not very hopeful, given that the divisions have only worsened over the years.
