Interest Practices in Judaism: Insights from an Anti-Zionist Jewish Rabbi.
Dilly Hussein has featured an anti-Zionist Jewish rabbi twice on his podcast. In the first episode, he asked the rabbi about the stance on interest in Judaism.
The rabbi responded that, according to Judaism, it is prohibited for a Jew to charge interest to another Jew, but it is permissible to charge interest to those outside the Jewish community, stating, “We conduct business with them just as they do with us.”
